The goal of Operational Services, within Plan Administration & Implementation (PAI), is to meet the needs of Retirement Plan Services by providing the best service possible as it relates to the distribution and payments for Retirement Plans. Specifically, the Manager within PAI is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal business partners, working closely with our service team to deliver the best client/participant experience possible, accurately executing high volume processing of plan sponsor distribution requests, executing trades for lump sum and periodic payments, plan-to-plan rollovers related to 401(k) plans, liquidating assets, stop and reissuing payments, ACH recalls, TIN rejects and returned checks, and review defined benefit cash balance files for Morningstar.

In this Manager role, you are responsible for training newer team members, fulfilling audit requests with precision, managing workflow queues, and prioritizing tasks to maintain operational efficiency. You will research and resolve distribution requests, support internal business partners, and consistently uphold quality control by adhering to established procedures. Your commitment to identifying and implementing process improvements, combined with flexibility, extreme attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial spirit, enables you to meet multiple competing deadlines and contribute to the organization’s success.
