The Head of Sales Operations leads a centralized sales operations organization supporting the Workplace Services growth agenda across Retirement Plan Services (RPS), Stock Plan Services (SPS), and Enterprise cross-sell opportunities. This leader is responsible for building and managing the operational engine that enables sales teams to identify, pursue and partner with sales to close new business efficiently and consistently.
This role serves as the senior leader for the full sales operations organization: internal sales, proposal development, sales presentations, demos, marketing materials, contract services, database management, Salesforce discipline, reporting, and general operations. The breadth and visibility of this mandate require a leader who can orchestrate highly specialized, business-critical functions across multiple sales channels while maintaining executive-level accountability for growth enablement, operational discipline, risk management, and field execution. Given the diverse scope of the functions it oversees, this leader ensures Sales Operations operates as a strategic growth engine that improves sales productivity, accelerates deal velocity, strengthens consultant and advisor engagement, elevates proposal quality, grows profitability, and enables regional and enterprise teams to execute consistently against high-priority growth goals.

What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business development operations, retirement plan services, stock plan services, institutional financial services, consultant relations, proposal management, pricing, or contract management.
- 7+ years of people leadership experience, including leadership of multi-function teams or large cross-functional operating groups.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales support functions across pricing, proposals, internal sales, contracts, CRM, reporting, and sales enablement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of institutional sales cycles, consultant-led searches, RFP processes, contract negotiations, pricing governance, pipeline management, and executive-level sales support.
- Experience supporting retirement plan recordkeeping, stock plan services, workplace financial services, asset management, employee benefits, or other institutional financial services businesses is strongly preferred.
