This position will report to the Director, Digital Product Management, Angela Pane.

Within Schwab Investment Products & Solutions Services, you’ll help evolve and modernize Schwab’s managed account platforms, which serve Retail and Advisor Services clients. As a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management, you’ll translate strategy and complex business needs into scalable digital solutions, supporting high-priority initiatives such as the expansion of Schwab’s Long/Short separately managed account offer.

You’ll lead discovery, define requirements, prioritize work, and guide future-state experiences from concept through implementation. Working across product, technology, operations, user experience, and quality assurance, you’ll evaluate dependencies, frame decisions, coordinate testing, and help teams solve ambiguous problems. Your Product Management, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Adaptability skills will help deliver meaningful improvements to advisor workflows, operational efficiency, and the client experience.

What you have

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, or Business Analysis experience in financial services, wealth management, fintech, or a related industry
• Demonstrated product management skills, including leading complex initiatives from problem definition through strategy, requirements, and implementation
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills when navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs
• Ability to apply cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across technology, operations, user experience, architecture, engineering, and quality assurance teams
• Technical expertise to translate technical, operational, and regulatory information into clear requirements and business outcomes
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics and frame decisions for varied audiences
• Organization and adaptability skills to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Schwab managed investing offers and separately managed account strategies across equity, fixed income, and specialty asset classes
• Experience with Product Roadmap, Requirements Management, Test Planning, digital experience design, or customer journey mapping
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Figma
