This role sits within the International Business Operations team and the Senior Manager, People Leader is responsible for developing talent and ensuring high-quality, trusted insights that enable strategic decision-making, operational executions and regulatory outcomes across the business.

The Senior Manager, Data Analytics is a people leader responsible for delivery of reporting, analytics, and data solutions for International Services. Success in this role requires a balance of people leadership, strategic thinking and strong analytics judgment, alongside the ability to translate ambiguity into clear direction for directs.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead, coach, and develop a direct analytical professional, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Set clear expectations for role scope, ownership, and outcomes, ensuring alignment
  • Provide regular feedback, performance coaching, and development planning to grow individual capability and career progression
  • Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs, success metrics, and reporting standards that enable effective decision‑making
  • Establish disciplined intake, prioritization, and execution processes to balance strategic work and ad hoc demands
  • Ensure consistency and quality across dashboards, datasets, and analysis through clear standards and governance
  • Provide oversight and technical direction for data pipelines, curated data models, and analytics assets built using SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Power BI
  • Champion the transition from manual, Excel‑based reporting to scalable, refreshable datasets and dashboards
  • Establish pragmatic reporting and dashboard governance including data quality checks, refresh cadence, access management, and change control
  • Ensure analytics outputs meet regulatory, risk, and audit expectations
  • Serve as a trusted partner across International Services, Retail, Risk, Technology, and enterprise analytics teams
  • Align analytics delivery with enterprise standards and reusable data assets where appropriate
  • Act as a connector across teams to reduce duplication and improve end‑to‑end transparency

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing analytics direct report(s), including performance management and coaching
  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Clear, concise communicator who translates technical concepts into business outcomes
  • Ability to create structure and momentum in ambiguous, evolving environments
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, BI, and reporting ecosystems
  • Advanced SQL expertise and experience working with enterprise data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Experience overseeing data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and analytics automation
  • Deep familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI dashboard strategy, adoption, and governance
  • Comfort remaining close to the work while delegating effectively and enabling team success

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing analytics professional(s)
  • Proven experience operating in regulated or risk‑visible environments
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, MIS, Quantitative Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting international, multi‑region, or complex operational environments

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
