Payment Product Services works together to provide exceptional service and support to all clients and business partners who utilize Schwab’s suite of payment products and solutions. The Disputes Case Management team provides world class operational service and support for all non-fraud dispute claims where a client believes an error has occurred with an electronic funds transfer (ETF). Such errors may occur in both Schwab Bank and Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. accounts via an ACH, Visa Debit Card, or Zelle transaction.
What you are good at:
- Providing an exceptional level of operational support and customer service to clients and business partners related to non-fraud dispute processing.
- Corresponding with clients, including internal and external business partners, in writing and by telephone.
- Working on a wide scope of problems, issues, or exception items that fall outside of normal process through independent and proactive problem resolution, including support of client and internal business partner research and escalations.
- Embracing and adapting to changing policies, procedures, and general operations.
What you have

Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years financial services and/or banking industry experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to independently assess and apply policy, procedures, and regulatory knowledge to exercise solid business judgement when making decisions or requesting exceptions outside of policy
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in process and procedure, at times adjusting daily work assignments to ensure adherence to regulatory time frames and service levels
- Provide subject matter expertise and peer support through training and team collaboration
- Ability to deliver work with a high degree of accuracy
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work within a deadline driven and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Focus on teamwork and the ability to effectively interact virtually with cross-site peers and business partners
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple brokerage and banking applications, including external business partner applications
- Takes initiative to perform day to day tasks with limited guidance or direct supervision, utilizing resources to solve problems as they arise
- Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple applications, and utilize the Microsoft Office Suite of products
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
