As aSeniorSpecialist, Early Talent,you’llbe at the forefront of shaping Schwab’s future workforce.You will play a pivotal role inidentifyingand engagingthe brightest minds from leading universities and creatingexceptional candidate experiences that reflect our commitment to inclusion and innovation.You willfoster relationships with university partners, students, campusorganizationsand key business partners, making a direct impact on our employer branding and recruitment strategy.
In this role, you will:
- Design and execute innovative campus recruiting strategies to build a strong, diverse pipeline for early career programs.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with internal teams and external partners to attract andretaintop early career talent.
- Champion early career initiatives by leading on-campus engagement and shaping recruiting strategies.
- Collaborate with universities to deliver impactful, brand-forward events that inspire students andshowcaseSchwab’s culture.
- Leverage digital platforms (e.g., Handshake,Symplicity) and targeted outreach to drive interest and applications for early career opportunities.
Please Note: This is an in-office role requiringon-site presence in our Omaha office Monday-Thursday, with theoptionof working remotely on Fridays.

Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA degreerequired.
- 2–3 years of campus recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to build external campus and community partnerships and source leads through networking.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and corporate recruiting practices.
- Willingness to travel locally up to 40%, based on seasonal needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong businessacumenwiththe ability toarticulate Schwab’s business and industry trends.
- Familiarity with Handshake,Symplicity, iCIMS, and Workday preferred.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proven project managementexpertisewith strong customer focus and time management.
- Experience engaging diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Proactive and results-driven; delivers high-quality outcomes independently.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail; adaptable and resourceful in problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal, and influencing skills.
- Skilled at building networks and engaging passive candidates.
- Ability to effectively position Schwab as an employer of choice.
