​​The role requires detailed understanding of telecommunications theory and practice, as well as solid technical, interpersonal and organization skills. Manages, provisions, and troubleshoots network access circuits, carrier connections, and user permissions. They handle moves, adds, changes, and disconnects (MACDs). Vendor Coordination and partner with external telecom carriers and cabling vendors to restore disrupted services.

Key Responsibilities

Process circuit orders and coordinate with telecom carriers for voice and data lines (e.g., SIP, PRI, Ethernet, MPLS). 

Execute service moves, adds, changes, and disconnections (MACDs). 

Familiarity with TCP/IP, VoIP, SIP trunking
