The Office of the CIO (OCIO) provides standardization and optimization of core Schwab Technology Services (STS) business processes, enabling a consistent, strategic approach. The STS Workforce Team plays a critical role within OCIO - providing technology leaders with workforce reporting for informed decision making, standardization and execution of essential initiatives across the STS organization and facilitate workforce planning. Our vision is to provide transparency, easily accessible data, and make it easier to work in & with STS.
The STS Workforce Team is seeking a Manager, IT Program Management who can help lead enterprise-wide initiatives for STS, including space planning, and develop enterprise wide workforce strategies. You will also develop insightful reporting to aid leaders in making informed workforce decisions.

Required Qualifications
- Education: BS/BA degree required
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience creating communications for senior leadership and driving to decisions
- Experience in space planning for a large enterprise with the ability to manage challenging issues in a professional and productive manner
- Have successfully managed 10k+ seat moves across an enterprise
- Proficient with technology, tools and processes that support workforce management
- Successful history of building and cultivating strong authentic relationships with internal/external business partners
- Exceptional story-telling skills – the ability to package and present analyses effectively, communicating an insight to be understood easily and to drive action
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management, must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Self-motivated, as well as, creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a highly regulated financial services environment
- PMP certification
- Familiar with agile & scrum methodology
