In this role you will:

•Requires knowledge of best practices in software development and familiarity with how work affects those across the STS and the broader organization.
•Works to improve technology, tools and processes that are leveraged across Software Engineering job family Skills.
•Analytical: Demonstrates advanced problem solving skills; builds reputation for strong knowledge of principles, concepts and theories across STS.
•Understands the importance of gaining consensus and beginning to learn how to persuade others based on expertise Business Acumen.
•Based on a thorough understanding of functional and business priorities proposed solutions to improve efficiency.
•Helps drive process and manage projects.

•Conducts and prepares feasibility studies for new applications and/or existing ones and makes decisions within general parameters under little supervision.
