The purpose of the Asset & Account Maintenance team within Trust and Custody Services is to own the
setup and maintenance of company sponsored retirement plans requested through the Retirement
Business Services and Retirement Plan Services channels. The operations specialist will utilize numerous
applications for processing mutual fund-related activities and account opening/maintenance for various
retirement plan products. Candidate will be responsible for multiple functions including reviewing assets
for availability, analyzing plan documents, performing plan maintenance, and setting up accounts in
accordance with department procedures. Successful candidate will cross-train to back up co-workers
and process requests with a primary emphasis on accuracy. Candidate will need to prioritize multiple
tasks effectively while maintaining continuous communication with management and other internal
business partners. Candidate will also be responsible for numerous quality control processes and
training team members on various functions, while analyzing process and procedure for accuracy and
efficiency.

- Candidate will need to prioritize multiple tasks effectively on a daily basis while maintaining
continuous communication with management and other internal business partners. - Be self-motivated to take initiative on complex/escalated items and potential to take on projects
- Desire to be crossed trained in the various team functions
- Ability to set challenging goals and focus on achieving or exceeding them

Required Qualifications
- Attention-to-detail is a must
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task to perform multiple complex tasks with a superior
level of attention to detail; Can operate with little instructions on day-to-day work with general
direction on assignments. - A positive and engaged mindset to bring to a team environment
- Advanced Excel Skills
- 2+ years Financial Services or Operations experience required
- Working experience on the Asset & Account Maintenance team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
