Key Outcomes & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Builds and maintains deep, trust-based relationships with UHNW clients
- Proactively engages clients to understand evolving needs, goals, and life events
- Delivers a high-touch service experience that drives loyalty and retention
Comprehensive Financial Advice
- Develops and implements customized financial strategies across:
- Investment management
- Retirement income planning
- Estate and legacy planning
- Banking, lending, and insurance solutions
- Assesses client suitability and aligns recommendations to goals and risk tolerance
Consultative Discovery & Advisory
- Identifies client priorities through structured discovery and active listening
- Uses life event triggers to provide timely, relevant financial advice
- Translates complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance
Practice Growth & Business Impact
- Expands client relationships through additional solutions and wallet share
- Attracts new UHNW clients through consultative engagement
- Drives measurable results aligned to AUM growth and client satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partners with internal specialists (trust, lending, banking) to deliver holistic solutions
- Navigates internal resources to meet complex client needs
Risk Management & Compliance
- Adheres to regulatory requirements, policies, and supervisory controls

What you have
To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications
- Series 7 license
- Series 66 (or 63/65)
- Life & Health Insurance license
- 7+ years financial services experience
- 2+ years Ultra High Net Worth client experience
Preferred Qualifications
- CFP, CFA, CWS, CHFC, or CPWA designation
- Bachelor’s degree
