As a Team Lead within Schwab Alliance, you’ll support the unique partnership between Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their clients by guiding a team of service professionals who deliver a high‑touch, solution‑oriented service experience. You’ll play a key role in executing the Alliance strategy by providing day‑to‑day leadership, strengthening team capability, and modeling the standards of excellence and stewardship expected across Schwab.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with your Team Manager and Alliance leadership to drive operational consistency, elevate the client experience, and reinforce a culture of accountability, risk awareness, and continuous improvement. You’ll also maintain strong relationships across internal partners and external advisor teams—acting as an ambassador for the Alliance model and championing adoption of Schwab tools, technology, and best‑in‑class service practices. What you have

Required Qualifications:
- Active and valid Series 7, 63/66, 9 & 10, or 24 licenses (COE for 9/10 may be considered).
- A people‑leadership orientation grounded in curiosity, growth, and continuous development, supported by a strong commitment to coaching and building others.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding client service independently—anticipating needs, resolving issues, and maintaining composure in a dynamic environment.
- Strong relationship‑management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, and adapt across multiple levels of the organization.
- Initiative to drive process improvements, enable team learning, and streamline workflows that enhance the Alliance client and advisor experience.
- A strong ability to support team effectiveness by contributing to shared workflows, assisting with task coordination, and modeling the Schwab standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Clear, confident communication skills paired with strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization abilities, enabling you to navigate a dynamic environment with accuracy and poise.
- A deep understanding of Schwab products, tools, and policies, along with a proven ability to identify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of AWS/Alliance experience preferred.
In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
