As a Sr. Specialist - International Client Services Professional, your interactions with clients will be phone based with our International and Domestic clients (individual investors) that are trading securities in the US exchanges. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, to assist with customer service and trading for both Domestic and International clients. The relationships that you create and uphold will have direct impacts as you aid our clients to “Own their tomorrow”.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Must have high professional level to Speak/Read/Write in English and Spanish
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 63
- Active FINRA Series 9 and 10
- A desire to coach/supervise/support your team
- Can illustrate ability to leverage edge model for client interactions/coaching
- Top tier phone stats for self and illustrated experience in helping others raise theirs
- Flexible and able to work early morning hours (possible shift start at 04:00AM ET)
- Able to lead meetings/huddles, with a desire to help increase team engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with International Clients
- Experience in working with High Net Worth clients to help satisfy their service needs
- 5+ years of experience in Client facing customer service roles
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Series 66 or 65 and desire to pursue further accreditations such as AAMS or CFP
- A passion to continually learn and teach your knowledge of personal finance, US and foreign markets, and the needs of our diverse international client base
- Resilience to help achieve client happiness in a fast-paced environment
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
