As a Banking Ops Senior Specialist - Business Analyst, on the Banking Ops Quality Assurance team, you will contribute to the organization through quality assurance and risk mitigation, with consistent and transparent collaboration, communication and a shared goal of continuous improvement. As a contact for our internal partners and clients, you will deliver “best in class” service by:

  • Contributing to business analysis by ensuring quality, accuracy and delivery of analysis reports, documentation and products that address business needs. 
  • Leveraging data to inform decisions, make recommendations, and provide actionable insights that enhance client experience and operational support. 
  • Delivering actionable business insights based on data analysis, while documenting impact and stakeholder outcomes. 
  • Engaging stakeholders through active communication, needs analysis and feedback channels to support business analytics and data insights. 
  • Participating in business partner collaboration, including meetings, documenting decisions and tracking deliverable milestones. 
  • Supporting change management within the business, both with internal partners and QA Specialists, to help implement sustainable process and service improvements. 
  • Challenging self and inspiring others to apply alternative methods and thinking that promote continuous improvement idea generation and submission. 
  • Actively contributing to 1% continuous improvement efforts that manage demand, reduce cost, improve scalability and support process and technology optimization. 
  • Capturing and socializing impact through completion of Savings Analysis debriefs at the close of applicable initiatives. 
  • Participating in risk mitigation discovery to proactively identify control environment gaps and balance client experience, employee experience and firm risk. 
  • Supporting analysis and reduction of preventable errors, and QA quality issues through root-cause review and clear recommendations. 
  • Contributing to process improvements with direct impact toward the Risk & Control Environment. 
  • Maintaining clear, organized and accurate documentation, including procedures, reporting artifacts, stakeholder updates and analysis support materials. 
  • Guiding peers by leveraging Brilliant Basics, constructive dialogue, long-term strategy, industry knowledge, standards and risk awareness. 
  • Working collaboratively and effectively with others in a fast-paced environment, completing commitments within expected timeframes. 
  • Demonstrating leadership, self-reliance and confidence while role modeling behaviors that inspire and support peers

What you have


To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in client service or operations with brokerage/financial industry required.
  • Due to nature of risk with responsibilities, attention to detail and accuracy are required.
  • Advanced levels of knowledge regarding regulatory, audit and compliance policies regarding the securities industry is needed. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Series 7 and 63 preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and utilize a variety of data and systems in order to proactively identify solutions to meet client needs.
  • Self-driven and demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume environment.
  • Advanced technical skills, with the ability to use multiple applications simultaneously and efficiently, including Windows, internet research, database systems, and email.
  • Excellent operational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage complex work.
  • Engaging interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and quickly develop a full understanding of our business.
  • Positive attitude, team oriented, enthusiastic, professional, forward thinker and strong work ethic.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
