The STR Facilitation Sr Manager is responsible for the holistic management and/or execution of the Service Training programs in CS&S. Focus will be on ensuring that the requirements of the programs and associated projects are delivered, success is measured, and results are appropriately sustained. Sustaining a high level of process efficiency through maximized operational effectiveness, program management, relationship building, and subject matter expertise is a critical responsibility of this role. The Sr Manager is responsible for the adherence to corporate policies and procedures working closely with HR and Compliance Business Partners. This role is a People Leadership role actively supports the advancement of learning capabilities through coaching and development of Facilitation Sr. Specialists and Managers. The Sr. Manager will need to drive performance in a culture of accountability focused on key results.
As a Facilitation Sr Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Effectively communicate the Corporate vision and CS&S initiatives.
- Motivate and inspire team members with regards to achievement of corporate, business, and personal goals.
- Hold self and Team accountable to tangible outcomes in support of STR and CS&S objectives.
- Create a collaborative and engaged team environment where best practice sharing is valued and encouraged.
- Develop talent by providing targeted coaching process to inspire behavioral improvement and development through regular observations and feedback.
- Maintain a business ownership mentality through strategy, planning, process improvement and execution.
- Identify gaps in business model, maintain a solution mindset and tenaciously breakdown barriers to positive business outcomes.
- Clearly understand all aspects of businesses goals, policies and procedures, working closely with internal team members, business partners and other stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet or exceed business objectives.
- Continually evaluate the operating environment and business model to identify opportunities for innovation and improve business processes.
What you have

- FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66, 9/10 or 24 licenses required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong facilitation skills
- Strong adaptability skills
- Proven experience leading teams and managing several tasks simultaneously.
- Solid mentoring background, employee development skills, understanding of teaching processes, coaching processes, and varying adult learning styles.
- Strong knowledge of the securities industry and investment vehicles.
- Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to work independently on a variety of tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities as demonstrated by gathering, analyzing, and delivering information in both verbal and written formats.
- Strong partnership skills to work effectively with colleagues and business partners’ cross-site in a fast-paced, results oriented culture.
In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
