Enlighten Champions are critical roles reporting to the Enlighten Operations Center of Excellence, and a part of the Transformation Solutions Team (TST) organization.

Enlighten Champion will serve as the primary Enlighten Ops CoE subject matter expert for continuous improvement efforts leveraging the Enlighten platform from strategy through implementation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to drive continuous improvement efforts from analysis through implementation and execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the enterprise we are supporting, including its business model, organizational strengths and opportunities, culture, etc.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement efforts to meet firm-wide and enterprise-wide objectives.
  • Communicate to stakeholders, amplify engagement, and ensure needs are met throughout the continuous improvement efforts (e.g., ensuring alignment with the vision, sustaining a sense of excitement and enthusiasm, ensuring field readiness, etc.)
  • Support the broader portfolio of TST initiatives by providing surge support where needed.
  • Help strengthen Schwab’s overall “change muscle” by regularly contributing to transformation best practices and supporting broader communications.

What you have


To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Enlighten experience, specifically including expertise on reporting and methodology required
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing materials and effectively presenting information.
  • Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the Advisor Services WST organization
  • Experience in implementing lean methodology.
  • Proficient user of PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Strong presence and relationship management skills; ability to influence senior leadership and enroll employee support and engagement.
  • Personally, and professionally aligned with Schwab's vision and values, and a strong interest in financial services.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
