Within Advisor Services, this role sits on the Offer Development, Delivery and Analytics team— turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for Wealth Services leaders through the tracking and reporting of key metrics.

Key Outcomes and Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Analytics Developer is responsible for leading business intelligence and data projects for our Wealth Services stakeholders. This individual will identify, define, and lead efforts to transform data into meaningful and actionable intelligence. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly analytical and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Design, develop and maintain reporting solutions in Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with stakeholders to define and document business requirements
- Collaborate with technology teams to deploy scalable, production‑ready BI solutions

What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- 5+ years of experience with data management tools and coding languages (SQL, Python)
- Strong cross-functional working relationships with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders
Preferred Competencies:
- Advanced degree or MBA
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a B2B environment
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
