The International Account Solutions team is a team within Operational Services Account Solutions servicing clients around the world. International Account Solutions provides operations support to international clients and internal partners to help grow and service our existing client base.

What you’ll do:

The ideal candidate will be tasked with supporting all functions performed by International Account Solutions. This role will require expertise in the new account opening process for both Retail and Institutional clients. Demonstrated customer service skills and proven problem resolution skills. Candidates must have the ability to identify and control risk exposure to Schwab and our clients. To be able to work cohesively in a team environment while accurately and efficiently assisting clients and internal partners. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible and have the ability to multi- task and embrace change.

What you have

• (Required) Minimum 1-2 years experience within International Account Solutions.

• Serves as a subject matter resource within the team to help others resolve or address issue and to contribute to the achievement of department goals and objectives.

• Tailors’ communications to effectively reach an audience.  Uses an appropriate business writing style that conveys professionalism and expertise.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems of moderate scope by applying critical thinking skills. Approaches a complex task or problem by breaking it down into its component parts and considering each in detail.

• Organizes information or material for self and others to be more effective and efficient.

• Quickly adjusts to change by demonstrating leadership and good judgement. Demonstrates openness to new organizational structures, procedures, and technology.

• Exhibit’s ability to handle additional responsibilities outside the team’s core functions while maintaining own performance.

• Promotes and reinforces commitment to personal brand and acts as an advocate of Schwab visions and values.

• (Preferred) Desire to obtain Series 7/63/9/10 licenses.
