- Redesign the Company’s annual LM-10 process by strengthening governance, enhancing controls, and ensuring the program remains scalable, sustainable, and aligned with applicable requirements.
- Lead the Regulation O Compliance Program by providing oversight, serving as the primary point of accountability for ongoing compliance activities, and supporting effective management of regulatory requirements and associated risks.
- Play a key role in establishing the compliance oversight framework for the Financial Holding Company Compliance Program, including designing and implementing monitoring activities to support effective assessment and oversight of regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing oversight and monitoring of first-line activities, related reporting, and operational data to identify and escalate risks that may exceed the Company’s established Compliance risk appetite.
- Identify, escalate, and track emerging Compliance risks, regulatory developments, and relevant industry trends.
- Build collaborative relationships and maintain effective points of contact with Compliance subject matter experts and Business Partners to drive continuous process improvement and support timely, well-substantiated responses to related inquiries.
