As a Sr Team Manager in Advisor Services, you will pursue our mission and values through:
- Leading a team of 10-20 service professionals who provide world-class service to meet the needs of our Advisors and their employees
- Developing team members through coaching, career development mentoring, and motivational techniques
- Strong ability to hold individuals accountable to stated performance standards, as well as the ability to improve performance when needed
- Assessing and resolving escalated Advisors issues at a moment’s notice through conflict resolution and platform education
- Providing creative ideas and solutions that will benefit the business and set the strategic direction of the segment
- Anticipating potential risk issues pertaining to all facets of the business while presenting and implementing proactive solutions
- Working collaboratively with relationship management and other managers and leadership in cross-departmental projects and initiatives
What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- Series 7, 63 or 66, 9 & 10 licenses required
- 3-5 years of people leadership experience within Advisor Services
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching employees to achieve and exceed performance standards
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to embrace change and innovation
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Positive attitude, team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing priorities within established deadlines
- Proven project management experience
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
