As a key member of the Service Talent Readiness Team, the Licensing Manager IC is responsible for maintaining targeted pass rates on FINRA Licensing Exams. Managers will support new hire professionals through the licensing program, providing actionable feedback. This position will work with Program Managers and Business Leadership to ensure adherence to program policies and procedures. Managers are responsible for delivering an effective study environment and learner experience face to face and virtually. They will assist with the onboarding and career development of Sr Licensing Specialists. This position will play a role in the evaluation and process improvement of the program creation of standard work ensuring consistency throughout the program.

 As a Licensing Manager IC, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Effectively communicate the Corporate vision and CS&S initiatives.
  • Maintain an environment that adheres to the Licensing Program Policies and Procedures.
  • Utilize management tools to help drive accountability, identify any risks to the study progress, provide individual coaching and study plans.
  • Perform various logistical tasks, tracking scores, scheduling exams and other logistical needs as it relates to the Licensing Program and Learner Experience.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills to lead daily huddles, sharing information and setting goals for the day.
  •  Conduct interactive workshops and focus sessions on exam content.  
  • Build a strong relationship with Nesting Managers to support new professionals through the licensing program.
  • Motivate and inspire team members with regards to achievement of corporate, business, and personal goals.
  • Create a collaborative and engaged team environment where best practice sharing is valued and encouraged.
  • Evaluate and improve processes, standard work and ensure consistency throughout the program.
  • Leverage Analytics to identify, capture, and interpret data for coaching and program enhancements.
  • Routinely partner with Senior Leadership on opportunities to refine the nesting experience and design.

What you have


  • FINRA Series 7, 63
  • 1 year experience as Sr Licensing Specialist CS&S
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong facilitation skills
  • Passion in mentoring others in teaching processes, coaching processes, and employee development skills for future leadership success. 
  • Solid mentoring background, understanding of teaching processes, coaching processes, and varying adult learning styles.
  • Strong knowledge of the securities industry and investment vehicles
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Coaching or Training background strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the securities industry and investment vehicles (e.g., IRA, brokerage accounts, etc.).
  • Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to work independently on a variety of tasks.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities as demonstrated by gathering, analyzing, and delivering information in both verbal and written formats.
  • Strong partnership skills to work effectively with colleagues and business partners’ cross-site in a fast-paced, results oriented culture.
