Position Summary 

Digital Solutions Enablement is seeking a Manager, IT Product Management to own end-to-end product strategy for collaboration tooling, records compliance, governance, and analytics across various product lines of the Microsoft 365 Suite. The role holds full lifecycle accountability for various applications including the M365 analytics dashboards, as well as the Electronic Record Repository Reviewer capability, translating regulatory requirements into scalable product strategy and providing direction across Compliance, Risk, Records, Security, and Engineering. 

Level Justification 

These initiatives span regulatory compliance, governance, analytics, and cross-team execution. They require end-to-end ownership of records compliance, STS governance, audit readiness, retention architecture, and ongoing oversight engagement, all of which demand strategic decision making and senior stakeholder alignment. A more senior Product Manager is needed to balance risk, cost, and usability trade-offs and to keep these capabilities sustainable and regulator-defensible rather than tactical implementations. 

Job Sub-Family Description 

• Responsible for management and welfare of a product at all stages of lifecycle including profitability and/or return on investment 

• Drives strategy and manages implementation of enhancements to existing products 

• Monitors internal client needs and marketplace trends to identify and pursue new or enhanced product opportunities 

• Secures internal resources for product team and works across all functions to bring a product to launch 

• Translates feature requirements into engineering specifications 

Key Responsibilities 

• Own the retention architecture behind Microsoft Forms archival and the electronic record repository, from classification through legal hold and defensible disposition, with documented rationale for each decision 

• Serve as accountable product owner for multiple Microsoft 365 Suite products for STS governance, including, but not limited to control definition, evidence collection, exception handling, and audit and examination readiness 

• Define the metric taxonomy, data governance, and reporting standards for the M365 analytics dashboards so leaders measure adoption, compliance posture, and operational health consistently 

• Own product strategy and lifecycle accountability for  Microsoft Purview components, including eDiscovery and Audit, as well as backup product ownership support for SharePoint, including, but not limited toensuring these platforms meet regulatory, governance, compliance, and operational requirements

What you have

Qualifications 

• Product management experience with end-to-end ownership of a product through its full lifecycle 

• Delivery of technology capabilities in a regulated financial services environment, including records retention, supervision, or compliance programs 

• Product ownership experience with Microsoft 365 Suite capabilities, including SharePoint, Microsoft Purview eDiscovery and Audit, Forms, records management, and analytics capabilities

• Proven ability to align stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Records, Security, and Engineering, represent a capability in audit settings
