Manager, Core Service - International Client Services

As a Manager, Core Service - International Client Services Professional, your interactions with clients will be phone based with our International and Domestic clients (individual investors) that are trading securities in the US exchanges. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, to assist with customer service and trading for both Domestic and International clients. The relationships that you create and uphold will have direct impacts as you aid our clients to “Own their tomorrow”.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 9 & 10 (or 24 & 4) licenses are required.
- Experience in coaching / supervising / supporting your team.
- Mastery level of edge model and ability to coach to it.
- Mastery level of firm policies, illustrating expert ability to discover and mitigate risks.
- Excels in Phone statistics with ability to coach others (e.g. Adherence, AHT, CSAT, etc.)
- Ability to onboard new reps and help them through licensing and training.
- Desire to mentor representatives to help build positive brand and increase engagement.
- Flexible and able to work if/when business needs change.
- History of taking role as acting team manager and delegation of authority
- Actively facilitate team meetings, with proven team engagement expertise
- 6 Years of experience as ATM
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish, with demonstrated fluency in speaking, reading, and writing at least one or more of these languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Schwab International Clients.
- 2+ years of DOA experience
- 5+ years of experience in Client facing customer service roles.
- Expertise in all trading systems to help support team with any essential questions
A passion to continually learn/teach your knowledge to others, focusing on their success
Resilience to help achieve client happiness in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable taking escalations and working complex issues
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills with a strong customer service focus are essential
- Resilience to help achieve client happiness in a fast-paced call environment
In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
