As SDET leader you will play a critical role in helping to create a Better Tax experience to enrich Clients’ lives. This is an

exciting opportunity to join a highly visible team that delivers innovative business solutions and leverages emerging

technologies. Own the quality engineering strategy across TCT, ensuring consistent standards, tooling, and execution

across multiple teams, platforms, and vendors. Serve as the technical quality authority for complex initiatives that

span legacy and modern systems, enabling faster decision‑making and clearer accountability. Drive automation at

scale, including CI/CD integration, non‑functional testing, and cross‑system validation that cannot be effectively

addressed by individual team‑level SDETs.

• Define and govern automation frameworks, testing standards, and quality gates across TCT.

• Lead performance, resiliency, and non‑functional testing efforts to ensure platforms scale reliably during

peak volumes.

• Partner with engineering, DevOps, architecture, and security teams to ensure quality is built into design and

delivery—not inspected at the end.

• Act as a quality liaison for upstream and downstream partner systems, ensuring integration risks are

identified and addressed early.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
