The Operations Transformation Organization (OTO) is leading the charge in reshaping Operational Services into a scalable, forward-thinking, and high impact organization. Our mission is to deliver exceptional value to clients, mitigate risk, and cultivate talent, and collaboration across the enterprise.
To support the transformation, the Strategic Transformation Management (STM) office is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Change & Project Manager. This individual will play a critical role in both managing the execution of key initiatives and driving the people side of change to accelerate business readiness, adoption, and value realization.
This blended role is ideal for someone who thrives at the connection of strategy and execution- leading project efforts while shaping the human experience of change. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that technology, process, and organizational changes are successfully planned, executed, and sustained.
Additionally, this role will help enable the organization’s transition to modern ways of working by promoting AI fluency and adoption. This includes guiding teams in effectively integrating generative AI into their day-to-day process, improving productivity, decision-making, and overall business outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, managing scope, timeline, risks, and interdependencies.
- Drive change adoption by designing and executing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee engagement and readiness for change.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness activities, integrating these into project plans to ensure changes land effectively.
- Service as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and functional partners, translating strategic goals into actionable workstreams.
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling communications and engagement plans to support awareness and alignment at all levels of the organization.
- Apply change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) to build sustainable adoption and benefits realization plans.
- Use data and business insights to track change and project effectiveness, course correct as needed, and support leadership decision-making.
- Facilitate meetings and working sessions to drive alignment, action, and accountability across teams.
What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project and/or change management roles, ideally within a transformation operations, or business enablement environment.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with a structured approach to change- balancing timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience leading change initiatives involving technology rollouts, process redesign, capability building, and organizational restructuring.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, change management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of change management- planning for how people adapt to changes in processes, systems, or roles using tools like impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and communications. ADKAR certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AI fluency and digital mindset, with ability to guide teams in adoption emerging technologies (including generative AI) to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and support new ways of working.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to connect dots, spot risks, and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills – able to tailor messaging and delivery for senior leaders, teams, and end users.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently while influencing cross diverse teams and functional areas.
- Expertise in tools such as MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and other collaboration tools.
- Background in financial services is a plus.
