TheRegulatory InventoryManagement team plays a critical role in helping the firmmaintaina comprehensive,accurate, andforward-lookingview of its regulatory obligations. As aSenior Manager,Compliance, you will serve as an experienced individual contributor responsible for guiding, overseeing, and enhancing the regulatory inventory and regulatory change programs.
This role is focused on program ownership, effective challenge,cross functionalleadership, and continuous improvement, whileremainingactively engaged in complex regulatory inventory and change activities.
In this role, you will provide overall direction and oversight for the regulatory inventory and regulatory change processes, ensuring theyoperateconsistently and effectively in alignment with enterprise compliance expectations. You will guide the interpretation and scoping of regulatory developments, provide effectivechallenge, and support sounddecision makingthrough clear documentation and communication.
You will lead more complex orhigh impactregulatory change efforts and serve as a key partner to compliance, legal, risk, and business stakeholders. This role includes owning governance and reporting deliverables, strengthening process design and oversight, and driving enhancements that improve clarity, efficiency, and sustainability. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting consistency, knowledge sharing, and strong execution across the program.
What you have
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, orsecond linerisk management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and supervisory expectations.
- Demonstrated experience leading or enhancing regulatory inventory, regulatory change, or compliance oversight programs.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, provide effectivechallenge, and communicate complex topics clearly.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, andtime managementskills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supportingenterprise wideregulatory inventory or regulatory change programs.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership or governance forums.
- Professional compliance or risk certifications
