The Retirement Distribution Operations (RDO) organization within Retirement Operations supports the processing of distributions and tax reporting corrections from IRA and Small Business retirement accounts for retail and advisor clients. As the business continues to evolve, data and analytics are critical to understanding outcomes and measuring the impact of change initiatives across Retirement Operations.

In this Sr. Manager role on the Retirement Operations Support Services (ROSS) team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing high‑impact analyses that guide operational priorities and investments. • Design, build, and maintain reusable data models and curated datasets that enable consistent, scalable reporting and analysis
  • Develop, optimize, and validate advanced SQL queries to support executive reporting, recurring analytics, and complex ad hoc analyses
  • Perform cost‑benefit, capacity, and efficiency analyses to quantify operational impact and inform prioritization
  • Partner cross‑functionally to define KPI standards, data definitions, and measurement approaches; document assumptions and ensure shared understanding
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that surface trends, risks, and opportunities and are trusted for decision‑making
  • Establish and maintain strong data quality practices through validation, reconciliation, and documentation
  • Synthesize findings into clear insights, implications, and tradeoffs that inform data and operational decisions
