The Dedicated Electronic Communications Group (ECG) GL57 Individual contributor helps to provide leadership within a dedicated business model. This Individual Contributor Manager models behaviors that enhances each client relationship. This role drives personalized service, which enables team members to build loyal clients by making ambitious decisions and increases organic growth among new to firm and our High-Net-Worth client base. The Individual Contributor Manager inspires a shared vision so all team members provide outstanding service to clients over the telephone, chat, and via email.

Required qualifications:
- Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical skills, problem solving, attention to detail, and intuition for business
- Active FINRA Series 7, 63, 9, 10 licenses
- 1 year experience in Electronic Communications Group handling chat and email interactions
- 6 months experience in Dedicated Electronic Communications Group handling chat and email interactions
- Knowledge of the Managed Investing Services business including managed products and advice
- Knowledge of the High-Net-Worth business including SPCS & SPWS products & services
- Knowledge of the New Client Services business including Enhanced Service Opportunities
- Passion for service, positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, strong client focus and desire to assist individuals in developing their career
- Strong trading, margins, and sales skills; in addition to a very good understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including confirmed listening skills and the ability to communicate in a clear, well organized manner
- Ability to use resources to create client loyalty and lead our trading specialists to advocate for clients by identifying the best solutions for their needs
- High degree of decision making and demonstrate how to work effectively on a fast paced and diverse team with ability to quickly organize and handle multiple priorities
- Must be able to proactively suggest, create, and implement ideas and programs to improve the Financial Service Professionals and client experience
- Lead complex negotiations with affluent clients while maintaining a superior level of customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and build strong partnerships with varying levels across the firm
- Positive demeanor, passion, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
- Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skills to get results and develop employees
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience with staffing and workforce management
- Additional management or leadership training
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
