We are seeking an experienced people leader to lead the automation strategy and execution portfolio for the NIGO and Paper Reduction (NPR) Program. This role will be accountable for advancing automation capabilities that simplify client request processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual work across Operations. In addition to continuing to lead key automation initiatives, this leader will manage and develop a collaborative team that leads automation efforts and provides execution support across Operations’ strategic priorities. The leader will align team capabilities and resources to the organization’s most critical initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and business impact.

The ideal candidate brings strong business strategy, operational transformation, process improvement, stakeholder management, and people leadership experience. This leader must demonstrate an enterprise mindset and be capable of balancing ownership of a dedicated automation portfolio while deploying people, expertise, and execution support across multiple business priorities. The successful candidate will excel at building partnerships, influencing without authority, and creating organizational capacity that can be leveraged across Operations.

What you have


To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • 15+ years of relevant work experience in financial services, operations, strategy, transformation, or business delivery
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional programs across business and technology organizations
  • Experience leading automation, process improvement, operational transformation, or digital intake initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop talent while delivering through a matrixed organization
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Executive communication skills, including the ability to create clear, compelling materials for senior leadership
  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify opportunities, prioritize work, and measure outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, rationalize tradeoffs, and influence decisions across diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving orientation, attention to detail, and ability to connect strategy to execution

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
