Your Opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

The Advisor Services Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Ecosystem organization helps financial technology providers and Registered Investment Advisor firms connect their platforms with Schwab Advisor Services data and workflows. Through application programming interfaces, single sign-on capabilities, and Model Context Protocol technology, the Partner Integration team supports secure, high-quality connections to the external systems advisors use to manage client relationships, financial planning, trading, portfolio management, risk, and other essential business activities.

As Senior Manager of Partner Integration, you will lead a team that guides third-party providers through integration onboarding, development, maintenance, and issue resolution. You will collaborate with relationship managers, product managers, and technology teams to coordinate multiple integration projects, balance team capacity, manage escalations, and create a clear and consistent experience for program participants. Your ability to connect technical concepts with client and business needs will help partners build intuitive cross-platform experiences for the advisors and clients we collectively serve.

You will shape and improve how the team operates by identifying opportunities for automation, strengthening documentation and procedures, anticipating process risks, and using participant feedback to improve integration processes and technical resources. You will also support go-to-market and adoption efforts as new integration capabilities are introduced, maintain visibility into future team capacity, and guide internal initiatives from planning through delivery.

This is an opportunity to lead with trust, curiosity, and accountability while developing an engaged, high-performing team. You will establish team and individual objectives, coach employees through challenges and career development, and provide ongoing feedback and performance guidance. Your leadership will directly influence the quality, scalability, and reliability of Schwab’s third-party integration ecosystem, helping independent advisors access the technology capabilities they need to serve their clients.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site 4 days a week in the specified location(s).
