​​This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives using Agile Scrum methodologies. Key responsibilities include sprint execution, stakeholder engagement, testing coordination, deployment planning, and post-production support.​ 

Key Responsibilities:

​​• Serve as scrum master for an Agile software development team(s) 
• Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment 
• Encourage and drive the application of Agile principles and culture leading by example. 
• Engage stakeholders to validate and improve the efforts of the team. 
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies through preparation, moderation, and post-processing. 
• Identify possible risks to the project success and provide mitigation strategies. 
• Determine and appropriately disseminate team performance information. 
• Craft and improve the use of metrics to unify cross-team. effectiveness and communication with executive management. 
• Coordinate the resolution of impediments across organizational boundaries. 
• Emphasize value-driven delivery from a neutral place seeking to optimize the use of all available resources. 
• Coach and educate others so that they may effectively strive to realize the promises of Agile development​ 

What you have


To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile delivery professional supporting software development teams across the full development and operational support lifecycle. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead Agile teams in delivering complex initiatives while fostering continuous improvement, accountability, and team effectiveness. 
• Proven ability to solve complex delivery, process, and organizational challenges, including situations where precedent may not exist. 
• Works independently with minimal guidance and demonstrates strong judgment in managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments. 
• Serves as a mentor, coach, and trusted resource for team members, Product Owners, and Agile practitioners with less experience. 
• Applies Agile principles, industry best practices, and business knowledge to improve delivery predictability, product quality, and operational efficiency. 
• Demonstrated experience planning, organizing, hosting, and facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning events, including cross-team dependency management, risk identification, capacity planning, and execution tracking. 
• Experience facilitating collaboration across geographically distributed teams and multiple organizational boundaries. 
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to generate delivery insights, status reporting, team metrics, and process improvements. 
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools, including web application technology stacks, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, and CI/CD methodologies. 
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, influence, and conflict resolution skills. 
• Ability to identify, escalate, and remove impediments while driving alignment among engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders. 
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, and Release or Program Increment planning activities. 
• Experience managing and tracking cross-team dependencies, risks, actions, and milestones to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

​​• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification. 
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology organizations. 
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones. 
• Familiarity with Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices, including velocity, cycle time, flow metrics, predictability measures, and team health indicators. 
• Experience supporting Salesforce, cloud, digital transformation, or other enterprise platform initiatives.​
