Our Opportunity:
The 1st Line of Defense Risk Management Office (1RMO) partners with business units to implement effective risk monitoring and management practices. The First Line Risk Management Solutions (1RMS) team accelerates scale through product management, process automation, reporting, and analytics. This role is responsible for leading execution of the product strategy established by the Product Owner and delivering practical, scalable solutions that automate and improve business processes. The role will partner closely with stakeholders, technology partners, and internal teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, support roadmap execution, prioritize delivery needs, and ensure solutions create measurable business value. This position will also support the design, development, and adoption of automation solutions leveraging tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, AI-enabled capabilities, and other approved technologies.
What you’ll do:
Lead execution of the product strategy by translating priorities into actionable plans, milestones, user stories, and delivery objectives that align to stakeholder needs and business outcomes.
Partner with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and technology partners to define requirements, prioritize backlog items, and support effective roadmap execution.
Identify, assess, and document automation opportunities that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, improve controls, and increase operational efficiency.
Design and help implement scalable automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, AI-enabled capabilities, and other approved platforms.
Evaluate and translate AI use cases into clear business requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned to approved governance standards, risk considerations, data quality expectations, and measurable business outcomes.
Coordinate across business, risk, reporting, analytics, and technology teams to support solution design, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Establish delivery routines, track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate updates, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Promote adoption of delivered solutions through stakeholder engagement, change management, documentation, training support, and ongoing feedback loops.

What you have
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management, process improvement, business process automation, operations, risk management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of product delivery practices, backlog management, prioritization, roadmap execution, and stakeholder alignment.
Experience identifying, designing, and implementing automation opportunities that simplify business processes and improve efficiency, quality, and control outcomes.
Hands-on experience with automation and analytics tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, AI-enabled tools, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process designs, and delivery plans.
Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and levels.
Sound judgment, risk awareness, and commitment to data quality, governance, security, and compliance expectations.
Ability to operate in an agile environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results through ambiguity and change.
Education Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
