Your Opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

As a Senior Manager within Trading Services Finance, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for the revenue forecast supporting Schwab’s Retail Trading business. You will own and improve an established forecasting framework, evaluate how trading activity, client behavior, product mix, market conditions, and commission rates affect financial performance, and translate those movements into clear insights for senior Finance and business leaders.

Your impact will extend beyond producing an accurate forecast. You will identify the business drivers behind results, pressure-test assumptions, evaluate risks and opportunities, and communicate a concise point of view that helps leaders make informed decisions. This role also supports monthly performance analysis, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and the evaluation of volume-sensitive trading expenses.

Success will require strong Business Acumen, Analytical Thinking, Decision Making, and Storytelling. You will collaborate across Finance, Trading Services, Operations, Accounting, Risk, and data teams, adapting your communication to different audiences while maintaining accountability for the quality and credibility of the financial outlook. You will have the autonomy to strengthen reporting, controls, assumptions, and processes while developing deeper expertise in a dynamic, market-sensitive business.
