This position will play a vital role in managing the Shared Employee Program (SEP), which is a critical and ever-maturing program ensuring intercompany transactions are accurate and well documented.  Core responsibilities include assisting with and executing the program strategy, enhancing the program through automation efforts, validating, maintaining, and reporting shared employee data.  The Senior Manager position will be a member of the Banking and Trust Services organization that encourages the development of new ideas and tools.   The Sr. Manager will accomplish these objectives through building key partnerships, great communication, and effective project management.  This is a first line of defense position for BTS and assures compliance with all corporate and Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations in the context of their responsibilities.

What you’ll do:

• Subject matter expert on Schwab’s Shared Employment Program (SEP) Methodology and point of contact for questions on the program.
• Work with business leaders and program stakeholders across Schwab to ensure shared employees are identified and assigned appropriate pricing.
• Manage Schwab’s SEP through the onboarding, administration, education and monitoring, of shared employees to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Maintain and enhance Alteryx workflows that automate the validation of shared employee data.
• Maintain and build new Tableau dashboards for the SEP to provide useful data insights for business leaders.
• Maintain, refine, and update program documentation, procedures and training to meet requirements from auditors and regulators.
• Deepen relationship with internal SEP Stakeholder groups, keeping them advised of program changes and seeking input as necessary.
• Enhance SEP, assisting in automating manual processes enabling program scalability.
• Assist with SEP audits and regulatory exams.
• Assist with other team initiatives and responsibilities.

What you have

• 5+ years of program management or project management experience
• Must be able to build strong relationships throughout the organization
• Ability to succeed in a fast pace heavy workload environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong desire to work with large data sets and create business insights using available tools.
• Experience with Tableau and Alteryx preferred otherwise a strong desire to learn how to use the tools.
• Knowledge of bank systems and financial regulations
• Bachelor’s degree required
