Advisor Wealth Services is the leading provider of custodial, trading, technology, and practice management to registered independent advisory firms. We provide access to sophisticated wealth-management services that help advisors attract and retain affluent clients, as well as compete and succeed in their business efforts. We provide dedicated service to these advisory firms. The focus is on building relationships and a more personalized approach to service. We build strong rapport with Investment Advisors, know them on a first name basis and provide one-on-one service that Schwab is known for.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for trading, financial technology, client service, and operational excellence. This role serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for supporting, enhancing, and driving strategic improvements across critical trading platforms and advisor-facing technologies.

Advisor Services Post Execution - is a team of institutional trading professionals who differentiate themselves by combining a passion for service with a deep understanding of trading, post execution, and trade reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities for the role include, but not limited to:

• Determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
• Applies broad range of knowledge, skills, and experiences within an area of expertise to assignments that are received in the form of tactical plans and objectives.
• Provide guidance to subordinates and/or peers within the latitude of established company policies.
• Participate in identification of possible policy and procedural changes within immediate organization to improve the business.
• Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company and evaluation of intangibles.
• Working collaboratively with other managers and leadership in cross-departmental projects and initiatives.
• Ability to frequently interact with leaders, managers and/or customers normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
• Own the business-side response to trading outages and Key Business Transaction incidents, serving as the single accountable leader from activation through resolution
• Appropriate knowledge of functional area to impact strategy, policy and process development as technical expert and thought leader for area to improve business outcomes.
• Judgment in creating and determining the methods, techniques, and approaches for obtaining results.

What you have

Required: 

• At least 7 years of financial services industry experience.
• Leader with the ability to handle second level escalations.
• Deep understanding of internal and external trading tools, market structure and the post execution process and systems.
• Lead and contribute to strategic cross-functional initiatives that improve advisor experience, platform capabilities, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Develop project plans, document requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and drive initiatives through successful completion.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple business and technology teams to deliver critical projects and enhancements.
• Support organizational transformation efforts through process improvement, automation, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Drive measurable business outcomes through effective project execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Must work well in a collaborative team environment, including cross locations.
• Series 7,63, 57 (required) Series 9 & 10 or 24 brokerage licenses. (required)
