Our Corporate Affairs Strategy & Operations Team is responsible for delivering the operational infrastructure and support that enable our Corporate Affairs professionals to do their jobs effectively every day.
The Senior Manager of Communications, Channel Strategy and Experience is responsible for supporting key internal communications channels and strategy, providing graphic design standards and execution for Corporate Affairs and corporate-wide initiatives, and helping to drive communications excellence through data analysis, consultations, and best practices sharing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Digital signage strategy, governance, and coordination across key stakeholder groups;
- Data analysis and consultations for MySource platform to drive more data-driven decision making and improve employee communications experience;
- Support and partnership in the measurement across Corporate Affairs and leadership of building and maintaining the CA data dictionary;
- Leadership of the Communications Channels & Technology Community of Practice and monthly calls to strengthen awareness and engagement with Schwab’s internal communications channels, governance, and best practices;
- Corporate Affairs design standards and support, as well as executive communications design support for CEO, CCO, and CHRO corporate presentations.
This role works with the Corporate Affairs Channel Strategy and Experience team under the guidance of the Director of Communications.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional ability to build and sustain cross-functional relationships, with strong client service, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of communications and community affairs practice, including tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Experience in measuring the effectiveness of communications programs.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with ability to work with team members across multiple locations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strategic, results-oriented focus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and evaluate strategic options and make sound decisions.
- A highly collaborative working style effectively establishing trust and respect with high detail orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree or higher and related experience in Graphic Design, business and data analysis. Must have experience publishing content to the AppSpace digital signage platform as well as the Firstup Communications platform with expertise in extracting insights for data analysis and reporting.
