DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.
Our opportunity:
As Senior Manager of Change Management, you will play a critical role in helping DAFgiving360 translate strategy into sustained business outcomes. As the organization continues to modernize its platform, scale operations, strengthen enterprise delivery, and evolve the donor, advisor, and employee experiences, this role will bring the structure, discipline, and leadership needed to ensure major initiatives are thoughtfully designed, effectively adopted, and durable over time. You will partner with leaders across the organization to anticipate the operational, behavioral, process, technology, and cultural shifts required for success; build practical change strategies that connect business intent to day-to-day execution; and help teams navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. Reporting to the Managing Director of Strategy, Product, and Marketing, this is a highly consultative role that will strengthen DAFgiving360’s enterprise change capability, improve readiness for transformation, and help ensure our people, processes, and ways of working evolve in support of our mission to increase charitable giving.
What you’ll do
- Drive the implementation and consistent application of organizational change management frameworks and methodologies
- Lead the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution of the enterprise-change management program
- Lead change management for cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Develop and execute detailed change strategies, including risk and impact assessments, resistance evaluations, and sponsor engagement analyses
- Design and deliver change plans, including readiness programs, stakeholder and sponsor engagement plans, and defined success metrics
- Lead the change center of excellence, including maintaining change management templates, tools, and best practices to enable consistent, scalable execution
- Maintain and track change-related projects across the organization to assess cumulative impacts, identify dependencies, and inform integrated change plans
- Partner closely with leaders, project teams, and center of excellence stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Define success measures and KPIs to ensure sustainable change
- Monitor, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and champion opportunities for continuous improvement
- Drive simplicity and scale to improve efficiency and embed lasting transformation
What you have
- Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification or other relevant change management certification
- Experience leading enterprise‑scale change initiatives across a broad range of transformation types, including process, technology, culture, and organizational shifts
- 3+ years of experience in an organizational change management or consulting role, with a demonstrated record of leading change in large, complex organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Change, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment, experience with donor-advised funds strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into practical, scalable change management strategies
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build commitment, engagement, and alignment across stakeholder groups
- Advanced visual storytelling skills, including the ability to develop clear, compelling, client‑ready PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials
- Consultative, collaborative problem‑solver who partners effectively across functions to design and deliver change solutions
- Highly collaborative working style, with a strong ability to build trust, credibility, and productive relationships
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated strength in relationship management, including influencing without authority in matrixed environments
- Ability to think strategically while also executing effectively on both near‑term and long‑term initiatives
- Execution‑focused and resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly to change, and deliver results under pressure
