The Client Service & Support Service (CS&S) Service Talent Readiness team supports the achievement of business outcomes by enabling the field to serve our clients through a strategic integration of initiatives and programs. Employees in this organization lead the design, development, and execution around efforts to engage and prepare the CS&S field for change, related to talent readiness projects and initiatives that introduce new or enhanced experiences to our employees.
The CS&S Employee Loyalty & Talent Integration team is responsible for leading programs that directly impact employee experience. In today’s world of customer experience, service is a key differentiator. We are driven by the knowledge that happy employees will delight our clients. As a Manager, Strategy and Initiatives, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support talent programs, such as rewards and recognition and other employee related work
- Work closely with external vendors that support rewards and recognition and be an expert in the Corporate Vendor Management process
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to help employees grow and stay engaged
- Build strong relationships with field and business partners to improve client experience
- Own recognition and rewards programs from design to implementation and beyond, involving the right stakeholders and driving results
- Process administrative tasks related to rewarding employees through tangible methods and impactful communications
What you have
To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required:
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Strong understanding of client and employee needs and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to lead to change and influence others
- Skilled in project tracking, implementation, and stakeholder communication
- Analytical thinking and ability to improve business processes
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
