The Stock Plan Services Operational Support team, Manager IC is responsible for delivering business results across the team and creating a work environment that promotes employee engagement. The Manager IC will support the Sr. Team Manager through coaching delivery of team members, providing actionable feedback, and leading through example. This position will work with internal business partners to ensure adherence to firm policies and procedures. They will assist with the training, special team reporting, taking on additional DOA needs of the Sr. Team Manager. This position will play a role in the process improvement of procedure creation of standardization of team duties ensuring consistency throughout the team.

Required Qualifications:
- Twp or more years of experience in the brokerage or financial services industry required
- Series 7,63, 9, and 10 licenses required
- Strong familiarity with financial and brokerage industry concepts, practices, and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of Stock Plan Services experience preferred
- Previous operations experience preferred
