The Team Lead is responsible to back-up the processing of client-initiated service requests that are received via email, phone calls and other internal applications within Schwab. These requests are primarily requests to link and/or delink specific employee Schwab accounts that are associated with the firm’s Master Account(s) and establish or maintain Plan records. In addition, the Team Lead is required to back-up the team’s incoming client phone queue and escalated issues, which typically include: researching transaction or holding inquiries, general DBS product information and data feeds, and working with new and complex clients through the onboarding process.

- Training and Onboarding for ADDLink/Trade Rules Management
- Training and Onboarding of new agents/representatives
- Project and Special Task Involvement
- Client and System Data Stewardship
- Departmental Participation and Engagement
- Onboarding and Escalation Handling
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Team Support and Quality Assurance
- Continuous Improvement and Professionalism
- Collaboration and Managerial Support
What you have

Required Qualifications:
- Series 7
- Demonstrated experience in working a Business-to-Business model.
- 5+ years’ experience working in a department/team with changing and challenging goals and processes to exceed our client expectations both internally/externally
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, lead, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals and drive results.
- Must have proven analytical experience working with data
Preferred Qualifications:
- Series 9/10 preferred
- Must be team oriented with the ability to act as a resource for development of the team’s effectiveness
- Committed to delivering exceptional client experience
- High commitment to delivering a quality work product, following prescribed procedures, and handling escalated issues when appropriate.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to work on multiple platforms simultaneously. Software skills include proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced technical skills with the ability to utilize at least 5 different applications at any one time, including Windows, internet researching, database systems, and email
- Comfortable in making decision on their own, also knowledgeable to know when to include the Manager, ability to back-up manager when necessary
- Exceptional client service orientation—committed to understanding client needs, solving problems creatively, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills; able to organize, prioritize, and work effectively within dynamic, team-driven environments.
- Adaptable to change, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving situations while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Highly proficient in leveraging multiple software platforms—including Microsoft Office and Salesforce—to efficiently manage tasks and support client needs.
