As Director of Brokerage Account Products, you will lead a team of product owners to drive the development and execution of innovative of our Brokerage and Retirement product strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role oversees end-to-end product lifecycle management, including new product development, maintenance of knowledge resources, and quarterly performance reporting. You will represent the company as a thought leader in industry forums, manage key vendor relationships, and collaborate across marketing, operations, and service teams to enhance offerings and deliver impactful client communications. Additionally, you will ensure rigorous adherence to IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations while guiding strategic initiatives that strengthen our competitive position.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and legislative updates including regulatory rules from IRS, DOL, Legal & Compliance, and Risk Management
- Manage and participate in project-based initiatives, including company-wide regulatory impact projects
- Enhance product offerings based on feedback from field, operations, marketing, and service teams to align with industry standards or create product differentiators
- Oversee client communications related to product maintenance and regulatory updates
- Manage the updating and maintenance of product forms and plan documents, including annual attestations
- Oversee the creation and delivery of all client products or plan amendments in response to IRS updates
- Oversee regulatory communications (e.g., required minimum distributions, age of majority notifications)
- Ensure the team’s management of all regulatory documents (plan documents, forms, disclosures, ERISA Plan Restatement)
- Ensure regulatory compliance (annual non-bank trustee certification, net worth calculation compliance)
What you have
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in retirement / financial services, with a focus on product management, regulatory compliance, client experience, and project management
- Direct people leadership with experience managing high performing team
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work in both a strategic and executional capacity
- 3+ years’ experience in payments and transfers
Preferred:
- MBA preferred
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and influence skills, particularly within cross-functional teams
In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
