The Fixed Income Trading team is responsible for delivering best execution, liquidity, and market expertise across a broad range of fixed income products, including U.S. Treasuries, Agency MBS, and GSE securities. The group plays a critical role in supporting clients and driving firm profitability through disciplined risk management and efficient market access.
We are seeking a Team Leader to lead the Treasury Trading desk within the Rates Group. This individual will oversee daily trading activity, manage risk and inventory, and lead a team of traders focused on delivering high-quality execution and market insight.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage the Treasury Trading team, including execution across Bills, Notes, Bonds, TIPS, STRIPS, and Floating Rate Notes (FRNs)
- Drive execution quality and maintain dealer and ATS relationships
- Oversee risk, inventory, and P&L management
- Ensure compliance with trading policies and regulatory requirements
- Partner with Sales, Service, Risk, Operations, and Technology
- Enhance trading platforms including FIPA, Bloomberg/TOMS, SBS, and Tradeweb Institutional
What you have

Qualifications:
- Strong fixed income trading experience with Treasuries, Corporates, and MBS
- Experience with futures trading and hedging strategies
- Experience using FIPA pricing tools and electronic trading platforms
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring capabilities
- Series 7, 63/66 required; additional licenses a plus
- Understanding of FINRA/TRACE regulatory environment
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
