Schwab Wealth Advisory is Schwab’s premier fee-based wealth management program, dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and tailored solutions. As part of the Centralized Support Team, you will serve as a dedicated inbound resource for Schwab Wealth Advisory, supporting high-net-worth clients and key internal business partners by receiving, triaging, and resolving service and operational requests. In this role, you will help create positive client and advisor outcomes through responsive support, consistent follow-through, and strong partnership across Schwab Wealth Advisory.

- Using your client and advisor support experience, you will respond to inbound needs, clarify requests, resolve issues, and deliver a consistent service experience.
- Through oral and written communication, you will document requests clearly, share timely updates, and explain processes and operating standards to advisors, clients, and business partners.
- Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy in case management, operational workflows, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Leveraging process discipline, sound judgment, and available resources, you will navigate inbound inquiries, route work appropriately, and help resolve operational, planning, and service-related requests.
As part of a collaborative inbound support team, you will build trusted partnerships across Schwab Wealth Advisory while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What you are good at
As an Associate Private Client Advisor of SPCIA, you will work as a member of a dedicated Schwab Private Client team to deliver a disciplined, objective, non-discretionary advisory relationship designed to help our clients reach their financial goals. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining, growing and deepening relationships with an assigned practice of clients through activities such as:
- Providing exceptional on-going client support by handling day-to-day service requests via phone and email
- Assisting clients in navigating and understanding Schwab’s website, proprietary investing tools, portfolio performance data and third-party research
- Scheduling clients with their dedicated Portfolio Consultant for ongoing consultation regarding risk tolerance, asset allocation, advice strategy and how these factors impact the portfolio and investing goals
- Collaborating to achieve efficient and effective practice management within a team-based environment

What you have
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license
- Active and valid FINRA Series 66 or Series 63/65 license (or obtained within 120 days)
- Minimum 1 year of financial services experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inbound advisor, client, or operational support
- Experience supporting financial advisors, wealth management teams, or advisor-service workflows
- Experience with CRM, case management, or workflow platforms such as Salesforce
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
