As a Licensing Senior Manager (SRTM) within Service Talent Readiness (STR), you will lead the end-to-end Licensing program supporting onboarding and talent readiness, delivering strong FINRA-based outcomes (SIE, S7TO, S63), targeted pass rates, and consistency across regions.

You will leadaspiring leaders (Managers/Sr. Specialists) and partner across STR, business stakeholders, HR, and Compliance to drive scalable, compliant programs with measurable results.

This role requires strong, engaged leadership—serving as a visible leader at your site and within the broader CS&S business—while fostering a shared ownership and collaborative mindset across the SSA ecosystem to drive aligned outcomes and elevate the overall talent readiness experience. 

What You’re Passionate About Doing

Program Ownership & Strategy:

  • Own the Licensing program strategy, execution, and outcomes across regions, ensuring alignment to STR and CS&S priorities
  • Ensure program requirements are delivered, success is measureable, and results are sustained
  • Maintain strong oversight of pass rates, performance metrics, and learner outcomes
  • Identify gaps in the business model and operating environment and drive process improvements
  • Leverage analytics and reporting to inform decisions and improve outcomes

People Leadership & Talent Development:

  • Lead and develop Licensing Managers and Sr. Specialists
  • Drive a high-performance, accountability-based culture
  • Provide targeted coaching, observations, and feedback
  • Foster an engaged, collaborative team environment
  • Motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals

Operational Excellence & Governance:

  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, compliance standards, and licensing requirements
  • Maintain consistent standard work across locations
  • Partner with HR, Compliance, and business stakeholders in risk mitigation
  • Drive process efficiency and operational effectiveness

Partnership & Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Communicate corporate vision and program performance clearly
  • Act as a strategic partner in onboarding success
  • Gather feedback to drive continuous improvement

What you have


Required qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Licensing program management, coaching, or leadership
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Licensing Manager (PL) 
  • Expertise in FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 7, 63/66)
  • Required licenses: Series 7, 63/66, and 9/10
  • Strong leadership and team development experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Expertise in coaching and adult learning principles
  • Strong business acumen and partnership skills
  • High adaptability and ownership mindset

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
