As a Client Banking Services Professional, we are at the forefront of the client experience, delivering outstanding service for clients using the payment or deposit features of Schwab Bank accounts, including Schwab Bank Investor Savings and Schwab Bank Investor Checking, as well as the payment features of the Schwab One account. We provide subject matter expertise on Visa Debit Cards, BillPay, deposit accounts, and money movement.
As a Grade Level 57 Manager (Individual Contributor) your primary responsibility will be direct client contact. You will also be responsible for utilizing your experience and product knowledge, to act as a subject matter expert as well as acting as an escalation point for clients and your peers. You will be expected to partner with your manager to develop the professionals around you and act as a mentor and leader in their training and development. Accordingly, the role requires a high degree of business acumen and judgment, self-motivation, and organization skills. The role also requires effective and persuasive communication (verbal & written) skills.
What you are good at:
- CBS phone team experience preferred with a passion for service, positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong client focus
- Willingness to provide leadership support by assisting with team coaching, supervision, and mentorship
- Provide timely and specific feedback when trends and opportunities are identified and demonstrating “business owner” mentality
- An individual with high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and possessing a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity
- Proven experience working collaboratively, improving productivity, and implementing ideas
- Capable of working well with diverse groups and individuals while exhibiting emotional intelligence in an ever-changing environment
What you have
Required qualifications:
- Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 or 66 licenses
- Active FINRA Series 9 & 10 licenses
- Has successfully completed all prerequisites as laid out in the CBS POC Career Pathway Program
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
