In this role, you will be asked to switch gears throughout the day to assist with meeting critical cut-off times, high volume spikes, and a variety of project opportunities to strengthen the business. Flexibility, attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of risk factors are key aspects of this role and the ideal candidate. Additionally, you will need to be equally comfortable with networking internally to research and resolve client operational issues.

Required Qualifications:
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 9/10 required
- 3+ years of work experience, preferably in financial services, operations, or client support, preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, able to work independently to bring projects and reporting to conclusion.
- Desire to take on a leadership role.
- Intermediate to Advanced technical skills with the ability to utilize at least 5 different applications at any one time, including Windows, internet researching, database systems, and email.
- Collaborative and relational work style with proven success in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics. Interest in a long-term career in financial services.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to multi-task to perform multiple complex tasks with a superior level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrate flexibility and work collaboratively with team members to deliver high quality service while directing workflow with minimal direct supervision to ensure the department needs are met.
- Proficiency in the design, implementation, and delivery of training programs for continuing education of processes, regulations, products, and services.
- Demonstrates mastery of soft skills and professional growth by being available for questions, critical issues, time sensitive issues, recognizing and communicating trends, and creates consistent support that is in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Schwab products, services, complex subject matters, policies, and procedures as well as demonstrated brokerage industry knowledge.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
