In this role, you will work closely with both MIO and OSAS leadership and their teams to drive transformational change using AI solutions. This role requires the ability to shift priorities throughout the day while leading and supporting multiple projects that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the employee and client experience. Success in this role requires flexibility, curiosity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities. You will partner across Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Transformation, and Business teams to identify opportunities, analyze complex workflows, implement sustainable solutions, and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.

What you are good at:

• Supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives, including agent development, governance, controls, monitoring, and operational risk management. 
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve business processes through data-driven analysis and innovative thinking. 
• Leading transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and employee experience. 
• Building relationships across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams to drive solutions and achieve results. 
• Navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with AI tools, intelligent automation solutions, or AI agent development.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, transformation, or operational strategy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a focus on risk awareness and operational excellence.
• Ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Proven success partnering with stakeholders across multiple departments and levels of leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with tools such as Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, workflow automation, or similar technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
• Experience in financial services, operations, governance, risk management, or regulated environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience evaluating AI, Generative AI, or digital innovation capabilities within financial services 
• Strong candidates will also have experience balancing innovation velocity with governance rigor while advancing client-centric outcomes 
• Ability to assess operational feasibility, scalability, and long-term business impact when shaping new opportunities 
• Demonstrated strength in collaboration, adaptability, and problem solving across multiple priorities and stakeholder groups 
• Experience influencing broader transformation, modernization, or enterprise strategy initiatives 
• Familiarity with product roadmaps, innovation forums, or structured evaluation processes that improve consistency and execution quality 
• Experience designing and facilitating executive forums, innovation showcases, or leadership reviews that translate innovation into strategic decisions  
• 8+ years of Managed Accounts and/or Account Solutions Experience is preferred
• Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt training preferred
