We are looking for people with a passion for helping clients. The successful Specialist in Client Service will serve as a vital member of the Client Services team, serving clients and advisors. Through experience, investment knowledge, and professional development, the entire team strives to provide our clients with great advisory relationship experience.
- Opening new client accounts
- Help maintain accurate client records
- Maintain strategy, account number and registration changes to existing accounts, track the progress of daily reports, and maintain daily tasks
- Work with Trading, Investment Guidelines Oversight, Client Services and Compliance to create and maintain procedures and documentation for best practices
- Provide support to the Client Service Mangers (CSMs) on a wide variety of tasks
- Preparation of client documents for signature
- Assist in the quarter-end reporting
- Assist with mailing multiple distributions to clients
- Liaison with operations and trading to effectively disseminate information
- Collaborating on various Client Service department projects
- Account maintenance – daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks
- Perform database updates, as necessary
- Collaborate in working groups to better enhance workflows and processes
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with a superior level of attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Desire for growth opportunities and ongoing training
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree – BA/BS preferred
- General knowledge of finance preferred
