What you have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field

• 6+ years of cybersecurity experience

• Proven experience coaching or guiding an operational team

• Strong understanding of data protection concepts (e.g., database management, data loss prevention, data at rest vs. data in motion, structured vs. unstructured data)

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, both written and verbal, including executive level reporting and presentations

• Executive presence with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business relevant terms

• Demonstrated ability to influence and balance competing priorities and stakeholder needs

• Strong analytical skills with the ability toanticipateissues, design controls, and develop solutions

• Excellent organizational skills and ability tomaintaindetailed, living documentation
• Proven ability to automate manual processes through scripting or other automation approaches
• Experience withutilizingactive directory structures and authentication
• Experience following ITIL Change Management practices and processes

• PreferredQualifications

  • Relevant professional certification (e.g., CISSP or equivalent)
  • Experience leading change through complex technical and organizational environments
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
  • Highly collaborative, relationship-oriented approach to driving alignment across teams
  • Strong understanding of information security best practices and technologies
  • Research oriented mindset with a structured, analytical approach
