Within Compliance, the Regulatory Inventory Management team supports the organization bymaintainingan accurate,enterprisewideview of regulatory obligations and coordinating the regulatory change process that drives awareness, assessment, and response. This work helps ensure regulatory expectations are understood, documented, and appropriately addressed across the firm.

As aManager, Regulatory Inventory Management,you will serve as an individual contributor responsible for executing core regulatory inventory and regulatory change activities. You will partner closely with regulatory domain leads,subjectmatterexperts, and other stakeholders to support consistent,timely, andwelldocumentedoutcomes.

In this role, you will support the ongoing execution of the regulatory inventory and regulatory change process by helpingidentify, assess, and document regulatory developments and obligations. You will work with internal partners to support scoping, mapping, and documentation activities, helping ensure regulatory information isaccurate, complete, and kept current.

You will contribute to recurring reporting, governance materials, and oversight activities that provide visibility into regulatory developments andinventoryhealth. The role also includes supporting quality, validation, and continuous improvement efforts by refining documentation, procedures, and execution practices to strengthen the effectiveness and sustainability of the program.

What you have

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related risk management role.

• General understanding of regulatory expectations and risk management concepts.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize regulatory information clearly and accurately.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting regulatory inventory, regulatory change, or compliance oversight processes.

• Experience preparing regulatory, risk, or governance reporting.

• Professional compliance or risk certifications a plus.
